Job Summary: We are seeking an intern to work on construction sites, requiring a sense of urgency, planning, discipline, and creativity, with a focus on continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Infrastructure development, finishing, and delivery 2. Support in critical analysis for logistics and internal audit 3. Daily work on-site will require our intern to demonstrate a sense of urgency, planning, discipline, and quick decision-making. Responsibilities and Duties Learn and develop expertise in infrastructure, structure, finishing, and delivery; Collaborate with the team to ensure established standards—particularly those related to employee safety; Read and interpret technical project information; Complete virtual and in-person training programs on business areas within the corporate tent; Support critical analysis for logistics planning in AutoCAD; Assist with measurements and photographic reports, as well as internal audit matters; Implement continuous improvement actions; Seek market-based logistics innovations. Requirements and Qualifications Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Civil Engineering from the 5th semester onward, or in Architecture and Urban Planning from the 6th semester onward; Available for a contract duration of 12 to 24 months; Available to work 30 hours per week, scheduled as 5 hours per day from Monday to Saturday; Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor’s Degree
