Support for training, implementation of trials, and documentation of lessons learned Position Objective Ensure qualified technical operation of the headquarters' vegetable garden of Ação da Cidadania, serving as a practical reference for agroecology, ensuring appropriate management, organization of fieldwork, and generation of learning outcomes for the area. Main Responsibilities **1\. Operation and Management of Headquarters' Vegetable Gardens** * Plan and carry out daily management of the headquarters' vegetable gardens and green areas. * Ensure technical quality of applied agroecological practices. **2\. Organization of Fieldwork** * Provide technical guidance to field assistants. * Organize routines, activities, and operational priorities. **3\. Support for Training and Systematization** * Support the conduct of pedagogical visits and in-person training activities. * Implement cultivation trials and models defined by coordination. * Document practices, lessons learned, and management challenges for institutional systematization. Initial Scope of Work (Priority) Operation and consolidation of the headquarters' vegetable garden as a living laboratory for agroecological practices. Technical Requirements * Technical qualification in Agriculture, Agroecology, or related fields. * Practical experience in agroecological management.
