Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, organized, and eager-to-learn student to work as an Administrative Intern, providing support for administrative, organizational, and operational routines. Support to various departments and financial routines We seek a proactive, organized, and eager-to-learn student to serve as an Administrative Intern on our team. The role involves supporting the company’s administrative, organizational, and operational routines. **Location:** Maravista \- Niterói **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break **Stipend:** R$ 900.00 \+ Transportation Voucher **Modality:** In-person **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Supporting physical and digital document organization * Data entry into spreadsheets and internal systems * Telephone assistance and email support * Supporting office supply and consumables inventory control * Document scanning, archiving, and classification * Supporting financial routines: organizing invoices and receipts * Providing support to other departments as needed **REQUIREMENTS:** * Currently enrolled in a Technical or Higher Education program in Administration, Business Management, Managerial Processes, or related fields * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Good communication skills, organizational ability, and sense of responsibility * Preferred: familiarity with Google Drive and spreadsheets Minimum Educational Requirement: High School (Secondary Education) Transportation Voucher
