**[Tech] Senior Backend Software Engineering - .Net / C#** =============================================================== TOTVS | Rio de Janeiro - RJ | Hybrid Job Description Serve as a reference in the development and maintenance of software features, not only delivering value to the product but also guiding and upskilling the development team, ensuring customer satisfaction and the technical evolution of the product's development team. Responsibilities and Duties * Develop high-complexity technical solutions, transforming requirements into robust, secure, and scalable software aligned with business needs; * Analyze and evolve software architecture, ensuring organization, consistency, performance, and efficiency of its components; * Ensure application of software engineering best practices, including automated testing, version control, code reviews, documentation, and continuous integration; * Detail complex technical requirements in collaboration with customers and involved teams, translating business demands into feasible solutions; * Propose innovations applicable to the product roadmap, conducting proofs of concept and case studies to enhance competitiveness, efficiency, and solution quality; * Participate in tactical and operational discussions, contributing to the definition of annual goals, technical feasibility studies, and strategic technology decisions; * Guide, train, and support the development team in defining business solutions, architecture, and design, promoting knowledge sharing and best practices; * Create frameworks, reusable components, and technical standards when necessary to accelerate and improve development quality; * Define, review, and refine engineering processes supporting short- and medium-term objectives of the area; * Ensure team goal achievement by influencing practices, task prioritization, and promoting continuous improvement of technical quality; * Contribute to forums and discussions on innovation and market trends, disseminating knowledge and reinforcing a culture of continuous learning; * Directly resolve incidents by investigating root causes and implementing improvements to increase platform reliability, scalability, and efficiency; Requirements and Qualifications * Solid experience in .NET development; * Proficiency in API development (REST-HORSE); * Foundation in unit testing – familiarity with DUnit; * UniGUI and FireMonkey – Advanced level; * PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases – Advanced level; * Software architecture (cloud-native, web, microservices); * DevOps (CI/CD, Docker, Git/GitFlow, GitLab, Jenkins or similar); * Distributed systems, scalability, resilience (intermediate level); * Messaging systems (RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub or equivalent); * NoSQL (Elastic, MongoDB or equivalent); * Caching (Redis); * Cloud Storage (Google Cloud Storage or equivalent); * Distributed processing (Hadoop, Spark); * Data/streaming pipelines (Apache Beam, Dataflow, Airflow); * Asynchronous processing (Celery, Temporal IO); * MCP; * Copilot or equivalent; * Cloud providers (GCP, AWS, Azure, or equivalents); * Design patterns; * Security in development (DevSecOps, etc.); * Observability and troubleshooting of production applications (structured logs, metrics, traces).
