Job Summary: Responsible for supervising the entire operation, integrating lunch buffet, snack bar, and delivery services to ensure efficiency and quality standards. Key Highlights: 1. Operational management of buffet, snack bar, and delivery services 2. Team leadership, staff training, and performance evaluation 3. Financial control, inventory management, and customer service **Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM; alternating Saturdays (Yes/No).** **Objective:** Responsible for supervising the entire operation, integrating lunch self-service, snack bar, and delivery services to ensure efficiency and quality standards. **Main Responsibilities** * **Operational Management:** Monitor lunch buffet flow, snack bar counter efficiency, and delivery service effectiveness. * **Team Leadership:** Coordinate staff schedules, training, and performance for kitchen and front-of-house personnel. * **Financial and Inventory Control:** Manage procurement, minimize waste, and perform daily cash reconciliation. * **Customer Service:** Ensure satisfaction of in-person customers and resolve issues related to delivery orders. * **Quality and Hygiene:** Strictly enforce health and sanitation regulations set by the Sanitary Surveillance Authority. **Requirements** * Proven experience in restaurant management. * Familiarity with POS systems and delivery platforms (e.g., iFood). * Proactive profile with strong problem-solving skills and agility. * Must reside in an easily accessible location or have personal transportation. **Preferred Qualifications** * Degree in Gastronomy or Business Administration. * Specific experience with high-volume self-service systems.
