Ensure quality and hygiene standards in food handling We are looking for professionals to work as a **Production Assistant** at Newrest, a multinational company in the food service industry. **Contract type**: CLT/Temporary for 9 months, with a high chance of permanent hiring. **Requirements**: * Completed High School education * Basic knowledge of cooking and food preparation * Basic knowledge of hygiene, food handling, quality, and safety. **Location**: Galeão/RJ (On-site) **Schedule**: Monday to Friday (7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) **Salary**: R$ 1.685,00 **Benefits**: Meals on site + Transportation Allowance + Total Pass + Integrated Digital Health + Life Insurance **Responsibilities**: * Collaborate in production processes and support supervision. * Assist the cook in specific tasks related to preparation and preservation of all types of products, applying appropriate techniques. * Ensure established quality and standards, complying with safety and hygiene regulations and practices in food handling. * Maintain proper cleanliness of the work area.
