Restaurant seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Rio de Janeiro (Botafogo). **Responsibilities:** Assist in kitchen daily routines, including vegetable cutting, dish preparation and plating. Conduct basic inventory control of supplies and organize cold rooms and storage areas. Clean utensils, countertops, and equipment according to established standards. Support the chef and other team members in carrying out daily tasks. Previous experience as Assistant Cook, Kitchen Helper, Restaurant Assistant, or Food Preparer may indicate suitability for some of the duties associated with this position. Completed elementary education required.
