Inventory control and ingredient pre-preparation The hamburger restaurant is seeking a Kitchen Assistant in São João de Meriti. **Responsibilities:** Support snack preparation, including french fry frying, burger assembly, and side dish preparation. Perform thorough cleaning and organization of the kitchen, equipment, and utensils. Assist with ingredient inventory control, as well as thawing and pre-preparation. Clean grills, deep fryers, and other surfaces, adhering to food safety regulations.
