The professional will be responsible for performing minor repairs in the areas of **electrical, plumbing, painting, and kitchen equipment maintenance**, ensuring proper facility operation and supporting preventive and corrective maintenance routines. It will also be part of the responsibilities to assist in the **supervision of maintenance service contracts performed by third-party companies**, monitoring service execution, verifying quality, deadlines, and site requirements. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and painting repairs; * Support basic maintenance of kitchen equipment; * Identify preventive and corrective maintenance needs; * Monitor services performed by third-party companies; * Support supervision of maintenance contracts; * Maintain a clean and safe work environment; * Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed. **Requirements:** * Practical experience in general maintenance; * Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, painting, and building repairs; * Experience in kitchen equipment maintenance is a plus; * Practical, responsible profile with strong problem-solving skills; * High technical qualification is not required, but hands-on experience in the field is essential; * Availability for night shift supervision, if necessary. **Desired Profile:** We seek a committed, proactive professional with practical maintenance experience.
