Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring excellence in service and product quality, training the team, managing inventory, complying with health and safety regulations, and operationalizing all store areas. Operationalization of all store areas Ensure food is prepared correctly and the team is trained to deliver excellent service. Conduct training sessions and evaluations to verify adherence to established standards, onboard new employees, and continuously enhance the skills of long-term team members. Ensure food and supply inventory is consistently maintained at an acceptable level to prevent waste and stockouts. Ensure all occupational health and safety regulations are followed, both in the kitchen and in the customer service area. Be knowledgeable about and comply with sanitary inspection regulations. Be responsible for ensuring every customer receives exceptional service and consumes products that exceed expectations. Be skilled in conflict resolution and timely problem-solving to avoid workplace issues. Must be capable of operationalizing all store areas, including kitchen, customer service, and cashier. Knowledge of industrial kitchen operations required. Knowledge of dish and sandwich assembly required. Proven professional experience required. Availability for flexible working hours required. Work schedule: 12 hours on / 36 hours off. Immediate availability required. Employment type: Full-time permanent position (CLT). Compensation: R$1.701,53 - R$2.000,00 per month.
