WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE? * Prepare and finish dishes requested by customers in your assigned area (appetizers, salads, and desserts) according to exclusive recipes, using ingredients pre-prepared by the Cold Line Kitchen Assistant; * Maintain confidentiality of ingredients and procedures involved in the process, ensuring the final product meets the company’s quality standards; * Be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing your work area in accordance with food production best practices, ensuring food safety and quality.
