The team focuses on technical excellence, procedural strategy, timely compliance with deadlines, and robust negotiation efforts—managing cases from initial petition drafting through appeal, liquidation, and enforcement stages. About the Opportunity We are seeking a Labor Lawyer for in-person work and active involvement in the firm’s litigation matters, particularly in drafting legal documents, monitoring cases, developing strategies, and attending hearings. This opportunity is intended for professionals who already possess practical experience in Labor Law representation for claimants and wish to further develop their practice within a structured, strategic environment with a high volume of cases. Fee amounts will be determined based on the candidate’s experience and technical level, with the possibility of an enhanced offer for candidates demonstrating superior expertise and capacity for autonomous practice. Main Responsibilities * Draft initial petitions, statements, defenses, rebuttals, and other labor-related legal documents; * Analyze documents, timecards, termination agreements, pay slips, and other evidence; * Develop and support procedural strategies and claims; * Attend initial, sole, evidentiary, and conciliation hearings; * Draft appeals and monitor cases across all procedural stages; * Track deadlines and manage case progression; * Operate the PJe system and other judicial platforms; * Support labor negotiations and settlements; * Handle liquidation and enforcement phases, as applicable based on experience. Requirements * Completed Law degree; * Active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB); * Practical experience in Labor Law representation for claimants; * Strong legal writing skills and ability to conduct procedural analysis; * Organizational skills and responsibility regarding deadlines; * Proactive, committed, and analytical profile; * Interest in continuous technical development. Preferred Qualifications * Experience in labor hearings; * Experience drafting appeals; * Knowledge of labor calculations, liquidation, and enforcement; * Postgraduate degree in Labor Law or Labor Procedure.
