We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Supervisor role on the Energy team.** **If you meet the requirements for this opportunity, please apply—and don’t forget to share it with your network.** **Our job openings are also inclusive.** **\#TriviaTrens \#opportunities** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise the maintenance team to ensure efficient and safe execution of revitalizations and implementations, in accordance with the organization’s technical, operational, and quality standards; * Develop and implement improvements to maintenance and operational processes and services within the Trivia system, ensuring adoption of appropriate procedures and contributing to business continuity, facility safety, and user satisfaction; * Ensure team training and development by promoting technical, operational, and behavioral training, and continuously monitoring and controlling service and maintenance activities to guarantee operational excellence and safety; * Manage civil resources and structures related to maintenance, ensuring their availability, proper functioning, and integrity through effective implementation of the maintenance plan and contractual and administrative management of the area; * Actively participate in administrative processes, supporting the development of plans, procedures, and programs for material procurement and personnel selection, as well as assisting in manual reviews and monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance routines. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Technical education in: Electrotechnics, Electronics, Mechatronics, Electromechanics, Industrial Mechanics, Refrigeration, or Industrial Automation; * Experience or background in team supervision and leadership; * Knowledge or experience in maintenance within the energy system segment; * Availability to work on day and/or night shifts; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Desirable Requirements:** * Knowledge or experience in maintenance within the railway energy system segment; * Residence near the operational lines (**Lines 11–Coral, 12–Safira, and 13–Jade);** * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency; * SAP knowledge. **Additional Information** Benefits: Medical assistance (Sulámerica) Meal voucher: R$ 1\.154,00 Transportation voucher Profit-sharing program (PLR) **Trivia is the concessionaire of Grupo Comporte, responsible for the future operation and maintenance of São Paulo’s metropolitan train Lines 11–Coral, 12–Safira, and 13–Jade, known as the Alto Tietê Lot.
