Main Responsibilities: * Handling policyholders and insurers, maintaining close and efficient relationships; * Processing **new insurance policies and renewals**, including requesting and presenting quotations; * Contracting insurance policies with insurers; * Sending **policies and payment slips** to policyholders; * Monitoring and finalizing **claims processes**; * Monitoring **delinquency**, with preventive and corrective actions.
