Job Summary: Internship in Production Engineering to support process mapping, performance indicator analysis, PCP/S&OP routines, and participation in continuous improvement projects. Develop career in a dynamic environment **Main Responsibilities:** Support process mapping and modeling; Assist in extraction, analysis, and consolidation of performance indicators (KPIs); Support Production Planning and Control (PCP) and S\&OP routines; Conduct time and motion studies; Monitor and analyze productivity; Participate in continuous improvement projects using Lean and Kaizen methodologies. **Requirements:** Currently enrolled in Production Engineering or related fields, from the 5th semester onward; Intermediate Excel skills (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables); Theoretical knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma. **Desired Competencies:** Logical reasoning and analytical ability; Ability to interpret data and identify improvement opportunities; Proactivity, initiative, and curiosity to understand processes and propose solutions; Organization, commitment, and willingness to learn.
