Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! \#BELIMITLESS **Job Description*** Tidy and clean guest apartments during their stay and after check-out, including cleaning all areas, changing linens, and restocking necessary supplies (amenities). * Organize the cleaning cart, storing all required materials, equipment, tools, and other items (linens, cleaning products, amenities, vacuum cleaner, broom, etc.). * Perform maintenance, minibar, and stationery checklists, and promptly report any irregularities or replenishment needs to the supervisor. * Maintain cleanliness and order in all vacant apartments. * Ensure cleanliness of corridors and elevator lobbies. * Conduct minibar checklists and restock items as needed. * Identify guest belongings left behind or forgotten in apartments and hand them over to the immediate supervisor. * Collect guest laundry for external laundry services. * Keep the floor service pantry clean and organized. * Place used linens into appropriate bags for laundry delivery, and report any damage or defects in linens to the immediate supervisor. * Record general apartment occupancy information (e.g., number of guests per apartment, room status, housekeeping status), following established procedures. * Apply the area’s “Self-Control” processes and procedures. * Maintain responsibility for assigned equipment and supplies. * Safeguard the floor key according to established criteria and procedures. * Carry out other related duties as required by operational needs.
