The position is located in Barra da Tijuca, with flexible working hours and close technical mentorship from our team. **Your Main Responsibilities** \- Assist in developing and maintaining responsive web interfaces, focusing on optimal user experience. \- Implement frontend components and functionalities based on provided layouts and prototypes. \- Collaborate with the backend team to deliver comprehensive and integrated solutions. \- Support application optimization for improved performance and cross-browser compatibility. \- Help identify and resolve minor bugs and visual inconsistencies. \- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma. \- Conduct research to understand users’ needs and preferences. \- Collaborate with product and development teams to define design requirements. \- Develop user flows, page layouts, and visually appealing interface elements. \- Plan, execute, and analyze A/B tests to improve the effectiveness of design solutions. \- Use data and user feedback to drive continuous iterations and refinements. **Requirements** **\-** Currently studying User Interface Design, User Experience Design, Graphic Design, or a related field (or possessing equivalent experience). \- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. \- Knowledge of user interface and user experience design. \- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, etc. \- Understanding of design principles, usability, and accessibility. \- Strong communication skills, organization, and autonomy for remote work. **What We Offer** \- Internship stipend aligned with market standards \- Flexible working hours \- Technical mentorship and real-world learning opportunities in projects Position Type: Internship Contract Duration: 6 months Compensation: R$1\.200,00 \- R$1\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance Experience: * HTML (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site
