We are looking for a Technology Project Management Specialist to lead strategic technology and digital transformation initiatives, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT solutions. The professional will be responsible for supporting and managing end-to-end projects, ensuring scope, timeline, cost, and quality delivery, as well as promoting integration among business areas, technology, and suppliers. We seek a candidate with an analytical mindset, systemic vision, excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and a strong focus on delivering business value. **Responsibilities and Duties** Challenges: 1. Align business needs with IT solutions, ensuring value delivery. 2. Manage end-to-end projects, ensuring scope, timeline, cost, and quality. 3. Promote integration among all involved areas (business, technology, and suppliers). Activities: 1. Lead project scope understanding, definition, and detailing, ensuring alignment among all stakeholders. 2. Develop and monitor project schedules, action plans, and milestones, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. **Requirements and Qualifications** Hard Skills: - Experience in technology or digital transformation project management. - Experience leading projects using agile, traditional, or hybrid methodologies. - Experience gathering and managing functional and business requirements. - Experience in the Telecommunications sector. Soft Skills: - Analytical mindset. - Systemic vision. - Excellent communication skills. - Organizational ability. - Focus on delivering business value.
