ABOUT THE POSITION: We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst with strong functional and technical vision, capable of acting as a key connector between business areas and technology vendors. This professional will play a strategic role in defining solutions, transforming user needs into accurate, scalable, and high-quality technological deliverables. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting architectural decisions, actively participating in the evolution of corporate platforms, and contributing to the success of projects executed with partner vendors. We seek someone with excellent communication skills, technical expertise to engage effectively with developers, and analytical insight to support the business with clarity and precision. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: * Translating functional requirements into clear and comprehensive technical documentation. * Collaborating closely with API (Java) and Salesforce developers to propose scalable, resilient, and high-performance architectural solutions. * Discussing solution architecture with cross-functional teams (Architecture, Information Security, Data, and Infrastructure). * Monitoring vendor-developed implementations to ensure compliance with specifications and non-functional requirements. * Challenging and guiding software architectures, proposing improvements when necessary. * Participating in failure diagnostics, querying data from various databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle), engaging relevant teams, and leading root cause analyses. * Supporting platform evolution and proposing ongoing corrections or enhancements. * Deepening functional knowledge of systems under your responsibility to serve as a reference during internal QA and UAT phases. * Assisting users in diagnosing production failures and providing incident and problem support. * Acting as a technical leader in projects, serving as a reference for planning alongside the project manager and vendors. What You Need: * Solid experience in functional and technical analysis. * Technical background in development, especially working with Java APIs, evaluating solutions, and discussing technical details with developers. * Knowledge of software architecture best practices (scalability, resilience, performance, observability, security). * Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and associated processes. * Experience with work management tools (e.g., Jira). * Experience in projects involving multiple vendors and internal departments. * Hands-on troubleshooting, incident analysis, and root cause identification. * Fluent English for conversation (participating in meetings, presentations, and technical alignment sessions). * Strong communication skills with both technical and business teams. * Critical, organized, and solution-oriented mindset. * Proactivity and ownership mentality. * Systemic vision and negotiation skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.
