Advanced low-code development and troubleshooting **Mission** Serve as the governance and technical support (N3 level) reference for the Microsoft ecosystem, ensuring stability, security, compliance, and cost control—primarily for Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Copilot Studio. This role combines platform administration with hands-on capability to build and troubleshoot low-code solutions and agents. Administration and governance of these products are centralized in admin centers (e.g., Power Platform Admin Center) and involve protecting data, controlling access, and monitoring maker/user activities. **Scope of Responsibilities** Microsoft (Power Platform, Dataverse, SharePoint Online, M365/Entra, Copilot Studio) Ad-hoc administration / light governance of enterprise AI platforms (Gemini Enterprise, OpenAI Enterprise, NotebookLM) (e.g., access management, onboarding, basic standards and controls) Requirements: 1) Platform Administration and Support (N3) Administer environments (creation, standardization, cleanup, capacity control, permissions), ensuring stable and predictable operations. Perform routine maintenance, cleanup, and technical adjustments (e.g., orphaned environments, owners, connectors, policies, agents, and non-standard automations). Define and maintain runbooks and operational procedures for recurring incidents and audits. 2) Governance and Security (Power Platform + Copilot Studio + M365) Implement and operate governance policies: DLP, connector segmentation (Business/Non-Business), environment standards, and publishing criteria. Ensure adherence to Copilot Studio controls (e.g., data policies, authentication, connectors/actions, environment routing, logs, and traceability). 3) Development and Troubleshooting (N3 Maker) — mandatory Provide advanced (N3-level) development and support for:Agents in Copilot Studio (connectors, knowledge sources, authentication, publication governance, and security). Power Apps (Canvas and/or Model-driven, as required) and Power Automate (cloud flows, integrations, and administrative automations). Diagnose complex incidents related to makers/environments (permission errors, connector issues, execution failures, limits/capacity constraints, DLP problems, ALM issues). 4) Dataverse Administration (capacity, health, and KPIs) Administer Dataverse to ensure usage remains within defined KPIs (capacity, performance, organization, and inventory governance). Monitor and resolve root causes of degradation (uncontrolled growth, misconfigured environments, automations, etc.). Support data/entity governance relevant to the CoE and operational reporting. 5) Cost Management and Financial Sustainability Control and report costs and consumption for:Power Apps / Power Automate Copilot Studio (agents) Propose optimization measures (environment rationalization, consolidation/archiving, owner/license review, deactivation of unused assets, improved connector governance) 6) CoE Operations (Power Platform + Copilot Studio) Administer and evolve the Center of Excellence (CoE): inventory, operational audits, standards, dashboards, and automated governance routines. Monitor CoE administrative automations and ensure their execution/observability. Support the organization with governance guidance and best practices (makers, owners, champions, and low-code teams). 7) SharePoint Online (governance and support) Govern SharePoint Online (structure, access, storage standards, hygiene/organization, and integration with Power Platform/Copilot solutions) Mandatory Requirements Practical experience administering and governing Power Platform (environments, DLP, connectors, capacity, troubleshooting). Solid understanding of licensing and security within the Power Platform + M365 ecosystem. Ability to develop:Agents in Copilot Studio (including connectors/actions and governance) Power Apps and Power Automate (to achieve N3-level development and platform proficiency) Hands-on experience with Dataverse (administration, organization, and operational support). Experience with SharePoint Online (basic-to-intermediate administration/governance and integrations). Desirable Qualifications (nice to have) Experience with the CoE Starter Kit and large-scale adoption/governance practices. Knowledge of logging/auditing (Purview/Sentinel) applied to Copilot Studio and governance. Familiarity with ALM / standards / RACI for low-code platform governance and operations. Experience with basic governance/access management for Gemini Enterprise / OpenAI Enterprise / NotebookLM (lower priority).
