Responsibilities and Duties * Perform low- to medium-complexity preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the facility premises, ensuring preservation, safety, and full operational functionality of installations; * Carry out building electrical activities (e.g., replacing light bulbs, ballasts, outlets, switches, and identifying simple faults); * Support and perform air conditioning services, including inspection, cleaning, and troubleshooting of Split, VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow), and exhaust systems; * Conduct building plumbing repairs, such as replacing faucets, traps, valves, fixing leaks, and clearing simple blockages; * Perform minor civil maintenance tasks, including floor, tile, masonry, painting, ceiling, and drywall repairs; * Support inspections and minor interventions in fire prevention and suppression systems, such as hydrants, hoses, signage, and emergency lighting; * Perform corrective painting and finishing work in internal and external areas; * Conduct daily rounds—more than once per day—to verify the operation of installations, equipment, and systems, identifying and reporting any anomalies; * Complete daily checklists for equipment and installations, ensuring their optimal performance; * Record and report to supervisors any anomalies requiring specialized technical intervention; * Accompany and support third-party service providers and outsourced companies during on-site activities; * Respond to maintenance requests within established timeframes and quality standards; * Maintain organization, preservation, and appropriate use of tools, equipment, and materials; * Request replenishment of supplies and tools whenever necessary; * Support higher-complexity maintenance activities by assisting technical teams; * Perform external maintenance tasks, including garden watering and cleaning of drains, inspection chambers, and drainage areas; * Possess experience in handling and basic operation of generator sets, including starting, stopping, visual inspections, and monitoring tests. Prerequisites and Qualifications * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in building maintenance; * Experience in handling and basic operation of generator sets; * At minimum, intermediate-level knowledge with ability to independently perform tasks in most situations, identify faults, and conduct minor diagnostics—including in air conditioning systems—in the following areas: o Building electrical systems; o Air conditioning (Split, VRF, and exhaust systems); o Building plumbing systems; o Civil maintenance (masonry, painting, and drywall); o Fire prevention and suppression systems; * Technical training in related fields will be considered an advantage; * NR-10 and NR-35 certifications will be considered advantages; * Availability to work on a 6x1 rotating shift schedule.
