Job Description: As a field technician, you will provide remote and on-site support to the Aviator team. You will support all our teams regarding equipment across our **stores, factory, distribution center (CD), and Casa Aviator. Want to get to know us better? Come fly with us!** Responsibilities and Duties: * Perform initial installation of machines and equipment, guiding users on their proper use; * Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on cameras, telephony systems, and peripherals; * Audit machines and equipment; * Perform on-site diagnostic activities for equipment faults; * Submit periodic reports on completed work; * Train employees on correct equipment usage, as needed; * Maintain an updated equipment inventory. Requirements and Qualifications: * Technical course in assembly and maintenance, or currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering; * Retail experience is desirable.
