You’ll find belonging, purpose, and a team that welcomes you—because when you feel valued, you’re empowered to do your best work.**What you will do:** * Monitor network infrastructure and systems in real time using management and monitoring tools * Support identification and logging of incidents and problems, following established procedures * Assist in resolving technical issues by performing diagnostics and implementing solutions under supervision * Collaborate with the NOC team on scheduled maintenance and system updates * Participate in documenting processes, procedures, and solutions identified * Support analysis of network performance and availability reports * Maintain communication with other IT teams and end users to ensure effective incident resolution * Learn and apply best practices for information security and network management **What you need to have:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program related to Information Technology, Computer Networks, or Computer Engineering, from the 3rd semester onward; * Availability to work in a hybrid model: 2 days per week onsite in Botafogo and the remainder remotely, from 1 PM to 8 PM. * Interest in Networking, DevOps, and AI. **What would be a plus if you have:** * Intermediate or advanced conversational English to collaborate with the global team.
