Job Summary: This position supports the team in the technical system implementation for new customers, manages project activities and deadlines, and assists in system configuration and integration. Assist in system configuration and integration Description: Job Requirements: * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Technology-related fields (IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar) * Basic knowledge of Linux; * Familiarity with SQL and databases; * Basic understanding of REST APIs and familiarity with testing and integration tools such as Postman; * Reside in Niterói or nearby regions; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Analytical mindset and interest in understanding problems and proposing solutions. Preferred Qualifications: * Intermediate or advanced Spanish; * Prior experience in customer service, technical support, tutoring, or other collaborative projects. Responsibilities: * Support the team during the technical implementation phases of our system with new customers * Manage project activities and their deadlines * Understand customers' operational processes and help translate them into our product * Assist in system configuration and integration according to each customer's needs * Participate in meetings with customers, collaborating proactively and focusing on solutions * Document learnings, processes, and potential improvements 2509140202531753264
