If you enjoy learning, connecting with people, and wish to grow within a solid and recognized network, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Recruitment and selection routines (job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling); * Conducting hiring and termination processes, document verification and organization; * Onboarding of new employees; * Managing electronic timekeeping and hour bank; * Assisting payroll processing and labor-related charges; * Administering benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance, among others); * Monitoring vacations, leaves of absence, and contract terminations; * Providing service and support to employees; * Supporting training and development initiatives; * Assisting performance evaluations and organizational climate actions; * Organizing departmental files and administrative routines; * Monitoring HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, etc.). **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in people management is desirable; * Familiarity with administrative routines is desirable; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel) and data management platforms; * Ability to handle record-keeping processes, inventory control, and document management. **Additional Information** * Transportation Allowance (VT), per unit policy. * Partial or full tuition scholarship for CNA language courses. * Opportunity for professional growth within the school and the CNA network. * University partnership agreement * Total Pass **About CNA Languages** CNA Languages is an English and Spanish teaching network with over 50 years of market presence and part of the CNA+ educational group, serving approximately 400,000 students annually across more than 730 units throughout Brazil.
