On the Food \& Beverage team, you’ll have opportunities to develop talent, creativity, and service excellence — always supported by a dedicated team. **KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Greet guests and customers in person and by phone, providing information about the restaurant (hours, menu, services). * Manage and enter reservations into the system, including pre-confirmation when required. * Welcome and seat customers, ensuring organized table flow and alignment with the dining room team. * Support guests with general guidance (attire, service format, house policies, etc.). * Assist with internal communication regarding guest needs or observations, documenting and forwarding comments or incidents to management. * Support administrative tasks related to operations, such as menu updates, signage, and material control. * Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent quality of the guest experience throughout their stay in the restaurant. **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent * Bachelor’s degree preferred * Minimum 1 year of experience in this role or a similar position within food and beverage establishments. * Knowledge of restaurant service techniques. * Knowledge of sales techniques and customer service. * Fluent English; additional language proficiency desirable. * Availability to work evening shifts (rotating 5x2 schedule) **Benefits** * Health and dental insurance extendable to immediate dependents. * Pharmacy benefit plan. * Transportation allowance. * On-site meals. * Life insurance. * Discounts at company-owned outlets. * Based on your “length of service”, you earn complimentary nights and experiences at company properties worldwide, including 50% discount on Food \& Beverage.
