Job Summary: The Financial Assistant will provide support in issuing and managing service invoices, bank reconciliation, and preparing financial documents, as well as act as backup for analysts. Client communication and office-related support An accounting firm is hiring a Financial Assistant in Nilópolis. **Responsibilities:** Provide support in issuing and managing Service Invoices. Support preparation of Cashflow / Payment Schedule. Assist in bank reconciliation. Prepare financial documents for accounting closing. Communicate with clients regarding administrative and financial matters. Open bank accounts for clients. Provide backup support to financial analysts during vacations or absences. Send shipments via Loggi.
