Diagnosis and resolution of technical failures **Naval Electronics / Telecommunications Technician** A company in the Naval and Offshore Technology sector is hiring a Naval Electronics/Telecommunications Technician for onboard assignments. **Responsibilities** Onboard work on vessels and/or offshore platforms; Maintenance, installation, and testing of GMDSS systems; Preventive and corrective maintenance of electronic navigation systems; Diagnosis and resolution of technical failures; Reading and interpreting technical manuals in English; Preparation of technical reports. **Requirements** Proven experience in marine and/or offshore environments (minimum 2 years); Practical experience with GMDSS (Furuno, Sailor, JRC); Experience installing and maintaining navigation systems: Gyro, Radar, GPS, AIS, Echo Sounder, Speed Log, and Anemometer; Technical diploma in Electronics, Telecommunications, or related fields; Active CREA registration; Technical English proficiency with communication capability; Autonomous, responsible, and organized profile; Availability for sea duty and travel.
