Teamwork with condominium advisors **Job Responsibilities:** * Report analysis; * Support for Condominium Advisors; * Customer service, providing support and guidance; * Assistance in managing the condominium portfolio (administrative and service-related tasks); * Monitoring of assemblies; * Management of accounting and financial materials for presentation at assemblies. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Condominium Management, or related fields is preferred; * Experience in customer service; * Knowledge of digital tools and computerized systems; * Basic to intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Experience in condominium management companies and handling a client portfolio is preferred.
