Discover the life waiting for you at Accor: https://careers.accor.com/ Do what you love, care for the world, dare to challenge the status quo! \#BELIMITLESS **Job Description** * Sell apartments, provide general information to guests about hotel facilities and services, and negotiate rates based on predefined parameters. * Send reservation confirmations to guests. * Handle guest inquiries via telephone, providing general information and clarifications regarding the hotel and its rates, following predefined criteria and standards. * Enter guest reservation data into the system, sourced from the chain’s Central Reservation Office and the events department. * Continuously monitor/verify hotel availability and analyze changes in coordination with the Reservation Coordinator. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Internet applications. * Fluent English and Spanish. * Experience with Opera Cloud system is a plus.
