Proactive Prospecting: Make calls to partner and potential new brokerage firms. Negotiation: Present our products/services, address objections, and close contracts. Pipeline Management: Accurately update the CRM with relevant information and conduct consistent follow-up. Relationship Management: Maintain close contact with brokers to ensure loyalty and repeat business. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Excellent diction, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
