Works collaboratively, paying attention to processes, safety, and Casas Pedro's values. **Main Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store goods in an organized and secure manner; * Manage product inflow and outflow in the system; * Support restocking of goods on the sales floor as required by the store; * Participate in periodic inventories, contributing to inventory accuracy; * Maintain cleanliness, preservation, and organization of the warehouse and support areas; * Ensure proper handling of products, complying with safety and quality standards; * Support the store team in operational activities, contributing to smooth store operations; * Act with a strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and team spirit, among other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** * High school diploma or equivalent; * Prior experience in inventory management, preferably in retail; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, agility, and commitment; * Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team; * Availability to work weekends and holidays, according to the store’s schedule. **Compensation \+ Benefits:** * Fixed salary \+ Monthly Bonus (based on goal achievement); * Transportation Allowance (VT); * Meal Voucher or Food Allowance; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Plan; * Semi-annual Profit Sharing (PLR); * Career Development Plan; * Welhurb; Every interaction is a new opportunity to delight and make a difference. **Join us!** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
