Collaborative work environment in an accounting office. **About the Position** A mid-sized accounting office located in Rio de Janeiro (RJ) is seeking a Human Resources Department Assistant with proven, solid experience in HR routines for multiple client companies. The professional will work side-by-side with the department analyst, executing routines autonomously, accurately, and efficiently — responsible for employee onboarding, document verification and control, vacation and termination calculations, support in payroll preparation and verification, as well as data entry, registration updates, and ensuring compliance with labor routines and statutory deadlines. **Essential Technical Knowledge** * Onboarding * Payroll * eSocial * Vacation Calculation * Contract Termination * DCTFWeb * Social Charges * DIRF / SEFIP * CLT Legislation * Proficiency in Systems **Responsibilities and Activities** The professional will be fully responsible for executing Human Resources Department routines, including: **Onboarding and Offboarding** * Control and enter onboarding documentation into the payroll system * Process onboarding and offboarding swiftly and without constant supervision * Transmit and monitor eSocial events: S\-2200 (onboarding) and S\-2299 (offboarding) * Issue TRCT and guide the entire offboarding process from start to finish **Payroll** * Prepare and finalize monthly payroll for client portfolios * Enter variable components: overtime, night shift allowance, absences, and proportional DSR * Calculate and verify taxes: INSS, FGTS, and IRRF * Manage employee benefits (transportation allowance, meal allowance, health insurance) for clients’ employees **Vacations and 13th Salary** * Accurately calculate simple, double, collective, and proportional vacations * Prepare and verify 13th salary calculations (first and second installments) **Contract Terminations** * Calculate all types of terminations: without cause, for cause, resignation, mutual agreement, and contract expiration * Verify termination entitlements, FGTS penalty (where applicable), accrued and proportional vacation **Social Charges and Ancillary Obligations** * Issue social charge payment slips: FGTS, GPS, and GRRF * Submit and monitor ancillary obligations within statutory deadlines: eSocial, DCTFWeb, CAGED, RAIS, DIRF, and SEFIP * Generate eSocial events: S\-1200, S\-2200, S\-2299, S\-2230, among others **Leaves of Absence and Support** * Manage employee leave and return processes * Correctly record medical certificates and INSS leaves * Collaborate with other departments and address client inquiries regarding payroll, social charges, and labor legislation * Maintain organized and legally compliant labor documentation **Mandatory Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources Department — preferably in an accounting office * Proficiency in Domínio Sistemas (HR/Payroll Module) — mandatory requirement * Practical, autonomous knowledge of eSocial: onboarding, offboarding, and payroll * Ability to independently close payroll without step-by-step supervision * Full end-to-end execution of onboarding and offboarding processes, performed swiftly * Solid knowledge of labor legislation: CLT, INSS, FGTS, IRRF, and social charges * Mastery of ancillary obligations: DCTFWeb, CAGED, RAIS, and DIRF * Ability to manage multiple clients and simultaneous deliverables while meeting deadlines * Proven prior experience in the activities described * Availability for immediate start **Preferred Qualifications (Not Mandatory)** * Prior experience managing multiple clients in an accounting office * Familiarity with other systems: Alterdata, Fortes Informática, or Nasajon * Undergraduate studies or degree completed in Administration, HR, or Accounting * Experience with construction industry payroll, domestic worker payroll, MEI, or intermittent contracts * Familiarity with FGTS Digital and PER/DCOMP **What We Offer** * Employment type: CLT * Working hours: 44 hours per week (Monday to Friday) * Work location: Rio de Janeiro, RJ (onsite) * Collaborative work environment in an accounting office * Genuine opportunity for professional growth in the field *⚠ PRACTICAL ASSESSMENT STAGE — This position includes a practical test in the Domínio Sistemas platform as part of the selection process.
