Job Summary: Lead the pharmacy department to ensure the quality of pharmaceutical care and medication safety, planning and coordinating team activities and processes. Key Highlights: 1. We are seeking a **Pharmacy Coordinator** to lead the department, ensuring the quality of pharmaceutical care and safety across the entire medication supply chain. The role is responsible for planning, assigning, and prioritizing team tasks while ensuring timely delivery and compliance with applicable legislation. Key responsibilities include: * Coordinate medication dispensing, storage, repackaging, and verification processes. * Ensure accurate prescription review and safe medication delivery to patients. * Manage inventory control, conduct audits, monitor consumption, and define replenishment quotas. * Monitor controlled and psychotropic medications, strictly complying with legal requirements. * Lead procurement processes, supplier qualification, and inspection of received goods. * Support inpatient units, monitor temperature controls, and maintain emergency trolleys. * Develop and track quality indicators, technical reports, and managerial information. * Promote team management, foster competency development, and cultivate a motivating work environment. * Ensure adherence to internal policies, institutional protocols, and health, safety, and compliance requirements. **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy. Postgraduate specialization in Hospital Pharmacy, Clinical Pharmacy, or related fields. **Requirements:** * Solid knowledge of pharmacology, medication management, pharmaceutical regulations, and hospital routines. * Ability to lead, engage, and develop diverse teams. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Active registration with the **Regional Council of Pharmacy (CRF)**. * Additional certifications in this field will be considered an advantage. Minimum Education Level: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA
