Responsible for identifying customer needs and closing new freight contracts. Responsible for handling the entire sales process, from pre- to post-sales. Responsible for researching potential new customers via the internet and customer referrals; prospecting new customers and developing new business via phone calls and meetings on Meet; presenting the company and its services; negotiating; registering new customers in the system; sending proposals, closing proposals, managing after-sales, participating in trade fairs and events, following up on quotations, acting as the company's voice to the customer and the customer's voice to the company. Responsible for preparing initial freight quotations and, after handing over the customer to the commercial support team, ensuring continuity of subsequent service. Responsible for issuing collection orders for approved quotations, contacting bases to dispatch vehicles. Maintains and develops the existing customer portfolio; builds relationships to foster customer loyalty; identifies transportation needs, prepares and closes new freight contracts.
