Job Summary: We are seeking a committed and responsible Operations Supervisor to manage teams, conduct training, supervise work execution, and resolve conflicts in service administration. Requirements: Experience in team management, completed high school education, basic computer skills, and excellent communication skills at all levels. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Facilities/Service Outsourcing as Team Leader/Supervisor; intermediate-level Microsoft Office proficiency. Responsibilities: \- Develop team work schedules; \- Train and supervise work execution; \- Visit client work sites; \- Manage conflicts and negotiate solutions; \- Recruit personnel for replacements; \- Size, organize, track, and record cleaning supplies, uniforms, and personal protective equipment; \- And other duties inherent to the role.
