Job Summary: Coordinate a team of seamstresses, ensure production and quality targets, balance production lines, and eliminate bottlenecks in the manufacturing of backpacks and bags. Team management and problem-solving skills **Responsibilities** * Coordinate the seamstress team, assigning tasks according to the production schedule * Ensure achievement of daily targets (production volume, quality, and deadlines) * Perform line balancing based on demand and product complexity (backpacks, bags, and similar items) * Monitor productivity indicators (pieces per hour, efficiency, rework) * Identify and eliminate production bottlenecks * Ensure quality standards during product assembly * Control production flow (input, processing, output) * Train and develop the operational team * Maintain organization and discipline in the department by applying 5S practices * Collaborate with Production Planning and Control (PCP) and other departments to meet deadlines **Desired Education and Experience** * Proven experience as a supervisor or team leader in industrial sewing * Practical experience in sewing and manufacturing backpacks, bags, or similar products * Experience with large-scale production and diverse product models * Knowledge of assembly, finishing, and inspection of components * Team management and problem-solving skills on the factory floor * Familiarity with production control and performance indicator analysis **Behavioral Profile** * Organization and discipline * Proactivity * Results-oriented mindset * Strong communication and leadership skills Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2\.318,00 \- R$2\.363,80 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
