Provide support to waiters in service and customer service Assist waiters or maitre d' before and after setting tables Remove unnecessary items from tables Keep utensils, buffets, and tables clean and organized Observe and comply with food hygiene and occupational safety regulations Manage dish flow between kitchen and tables Verify orders Convey waiters' orders and requests to the kitchen or bar Inform waiters of estimated waiting times Organize products (cleaning supplies and others) Organize cutlery, tableware, and glasses Set up and dismantle tables, trays, counters, and bars Decorate tables before customers arrive Check work materials (utensils and equipment)
