Rio de Janeiro – On-site – CLT – 14122 Description **Location:** Campo Grande – West Zone of Rio de Janeiro (AMBEV Unit) **Employment Type:** CLT – Full-time **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, with occasional availability to support weekends and other shifts **About the Role** We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to work in a large-scale 24/7 logistics operation at the AMBEV – Campo Grande unit, leading operational teams and ensuring excellence in execution, safety, and productivity. This position requires strong operational discipline, proficiency in quality tools (including GeRot and PDCA), and leadership capability in a highly complex environment. **Responsibilities** * Coordinate warehouse logistics operations—including loading/unloading, order picking, internal material handling, and forklift usage—ensuring operational fluidity, execution standards, and safety. * Monitor, guide, and develop supervisors and operational teams to ensure achievement of productivity, accuracy, and KPI targets. * Ensure compliance with labor regulations and safety standards, collaborating closely with Legal, Occupational Health & Safety (SST), and HR departments. * Maintain strict adherence to process execution discipline by tracking action plans, addressing deviations, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives defined by the Operations Management team. * Support operational resource management: workforce planning, shift scheduling, equipment, internal fleet, and maintenance requirements. * Maintain close client relationships to ensure alignment and high service quality. * Manage 24/7 operational shifts, ensuring clear communication and seamless continuity of activities. * Report performance indicators, results, and incidents to the Operations Manager, contributing data-driven analyses, insights, and improvement proposals. **Requirements** **Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or Business Administration. * Postgraduate degree or MBA is a plus. **Experience** * Prior experience coordinating warehouse logistics operations. * Hands-on experience in order picking, forklift material handling, and warehousing processes. * Proficiency in quality tools and continuous improvement methodologies. * Practical application of GeRot and PDCA (or equivalent tools). * Experience managing operational KPIs, safety, and HR-related matters. * Leadership experience with operational teams, focused on results and execution discipline. * Experience working directly at client facilities (on-site service delivery). **Behavioral Attributes** * Mid-to-senior level profile with high emotional maturity, focus, and self-control. * Strong operational self-discipline. * Commitment to safety, compliance, and continuous improvement. * Solid analytical ability, data-driven decision-making, negotiation skills, and conflict management. * Motivation and potential for professional growth. **Additional Requirements** * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). * Flexibility to work across all shifts (day, night, and swing shifts), including weekends and holidays. * Strong field presence with direct oversight of daily operations. * Easy access to the AMBEV – Campo Grande (RJ) unit. **Benefits** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * SESC Membership * Estácio Educational Partnership * Transportation Allowance * On-site Meal Benefit **Operational Structure and Context** * Outsourced operation located at the AMBEV – Campo Grande unit. * 24/7 operation with three rotating shifts. * Approximately 650 employees deployed by Talentos. * The Coordinator reports directly to the Operations Manager. **Direct Reporting Structure Includes:** * 11 Supervisors * Forklift Operators * Helpers * Administrative Team
