Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations #### **About the position:** * We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Kitchen Assistant to join our team. The professional will support daily kitchen activities, ensuring organization, cleanliness, and basic food preparation, contributing to service quality and efficiency. #### **Main responsibilities:** * Assist in preparing ingredients and dishes according to the chef's instructions; * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and utensils; * Receive and properly store supplies and raw materials; * Assist in plating and finalizing dishes; * Follow food hygiene and safety regulations; * Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations. #### **Mandatory requirements:** * Prior experience as a Kitchen Assistant or in similar roles; * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and handling; * Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays; * Proactivity, organizational skills, and ability to work in a team. #### **Desirable qualifications (preferred):** * Certification in Kitchen Assistance or Food Handling; * Knowledge of basic culinary techniques; * Experience in industrial kitchens or high-volume restaurants. #### **Benefits:** * Dental plan * Life insurance * Funeral assistance * Cafeterias in all stores * Up to 70% discount on university tuition (for employee and dependents) * Discounts on company products * SESC membership for your leisure and that of your dependents :) * SENAC courses (professional training for you and your dependents) #### **Work schedule and hours:** * 6 days on, 1 day off
