Inspect works and services within the right-of-way, using operational vehicles and manuals available in patrol units, acting under direct supervision. * Escort oversized loads under supervision, driving the operational vehicle and reviewing related documentation. Inspect the right-of-way by patrolling highway sections to identify ongoing construction or services, requesting submission of required authorization. Release works without irregularities or request removal or demolition from responsible parties, escalating to the Supervisor when necessary. * Conduct or support low-complexity operations to assist pedestrians in risky positions, handle fallen signage, and remove fallen signs from hazardous areas, taking appropriate measures. Verify whether signage for highway works and improvements complies with company standards, following pre-received sketches and escalating to superiors upon identifying irregularities. * Detect signage and roadway defects, documenting and reporting them to the Operations Control Center (OCC), which will engage responsible departments. Propose improvements to signage, infrastructure, drainage, and roadway safety for analysis and validation by the Supervisor. Provide assistance for collisions or minor-impact accidents, collecting information from users, witnesses, and highway police regarding possible accident causes. * Record personal data of involved parties and damages to company assets, and photograph the accident scene. Provide information to the OCC for integration into the accident response report and ensure the police report contains identical information. Verify whether dimensions and license plates of extraordinary loads comply with the Special Traffic Authorization (AET), releasing or retaining loads as required, under direct supervision. * Comply with internal regulations, occupational health, hygiene, and safety standards, as well as compliance requirements. Perform other duties inherent to the position as directed by the immediate supervisor, respecting the employee’s competencies and experience.
