**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Provide administrative and operational support to the department.
* Organize physical and digital documents, ensuring easy access and proper preservation.
* Assist with internal customer service (in-person, telephone, and email).
* Enter relevant data and information into spreadsheets and systems.
* Participate in training and capacity-building programs offered by the company and its partner educational institution.
**Operational Toll Collection Activities**
* Perform vehicle release and service at manual toll lanes.
* Identify, classify, and collect toll fees according to vehicle category and payment method used (cash, credit/debit card, PIX, check, and other implemented systems).
* Contribute to traffic flow efficiency and ensure the safety of customers and colleagues during the toll collection process.
* Issue receipts corresponding to collected tolls and distribute brochures as scheduled per toll plaza.
* Assist with coin handling when necessary.
**Control and Recordkeeping**
* Record toll-related incidents and immediately report any significant occurrences in the booth to the supervisor.
* Monitor and record vehicle violations in the Toll Collection System.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You:**
Completed High School education.

Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
