Job Summary: The Institutional Development Analyst (Mobilization) will identify and contact companies for resource mobilization, manage partnerships, and draft proposals. Key Highlights: 1. Engage in resource mobilization and partnership management with companies and institutions. 2. Actively participate in meetings and events to present the Institute. 3. Draft proposals and reports, keeping internal processes up to date. **Description** * Identify and contact companies and institutions for financial resource mobilization; * Participate in presentation meetings of the Institute for potential partners; * Research and register IRS in public calls, incentive laws, awards, and competitions; * Foster partner and sponsor retention; * Structure proposals; * Prepare accountability reports; * Attend meetings with partners and other social institutions; * Keep internal processes updated; * Location: Rio de Janeiro (RJ). **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in International Relations, Statistics, Social Sciences, or related fields; * Advanced English proficiency; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; * Knowledge of resource mobilization tools; * Power BI knowledge is desirable; * Strong oral and written communication skills; * Planning and organizational abilities; * Analytical and critical thinking skills; * Flexibility and adaptability; * Ability to build professional networks. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance; * Meal allowance; * Health and dental insurance (co-payment).
