Opportunity for Civil Engineering or Architecture professionals **Responsibilities:** Prepare detailed budgets, including listing all required items and services, quantities, unit prices, total costs, and execution schedules; present budgets clearly and systematically; Cost estimation: Perform detailed and accurate calculations to determine costs involved in all aspects of construction, including materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, permits, and other related items; Collaborate with the project planning and management team to provide projected cost information and assist in defining strategies and goals for project execution. **Requirements:** Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related fields. Proven experience with unit-cost systems EMOP, Sinapi, and SCO. Experience in public or private budgeting and tendering processes. Knowledge of regulations and legislation related to civil construction. Required proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel. Familiarity with construction budgeting and planning software.
