We are looking for a **Financial Assistant** to join our team and support financial department routines. ### **Responsibilities:** * Record, verify, and manage accounts payable and receivable; * Prepare payments (bank slips and transfers) and monitor payment clearance in the system; * Issue and track bank slips and invoices; * Perform bank reconciliation and statement verification; * Monitor and control cash flow; * Prepare financial reports (payments, expenses, forecasts, and delinquency); * Update spreadsheets and documents to support management. ### **Requirements:** * Proficiency in Excel and financial management systems; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to deadlines; * Aptitude for numerical analysis, controls, and reporting; * Strong communication skills for interacting with clients and suppliers. ### **Job Details:** * **Working Hours:** 08:00 to 17:48 (Monday to Friday) * **Salary:** R$ 2.200,00 * **Benefits:** Birthday day off + birthday bonus * **Advantage:** Opportunity for professional growth Minimum Education: Technical Course
