Job Summary: An Accounting professional to handle accounting classification and journal entries, reconciliation, and monthly accounting closing for companies operating under various tax regimes. Key Highlights: 1. Monthly accounting closing under various tax regimes 2. Preparation of financial statements and ancillary tax declarations 3. Customer service and organization of routine accounting tasks Accounting office located in the downtown area of Duque de Caxias\- RJ Main job responsibilities: **Accounting classification and journal entries** Bank and accounting reconciliation **Monthly accounting closing for companies under Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real tax regimes** Organization and verification of accounting documents **Preparation of financial statements (balance sheet, trial balance, income statement, etc.)** **Submission of ancillary tax declarations (ECD, ECF, etc.)** Customer service Expected goals or deliverables: **Timely completion of monthly accounting closing** Organization and standardization of journal entries **Execution of monthly routines without rework** **Academic qualification: Accounting Sciences (enrolled from the 7th semester onward or completed) Minimum required experience:** 1 year in an accounting office Technical knowledge: **Logical reasoning and organizational skills** General accounting **Understanding of tax regimes (Simples Nacional, Lucro Presumido, and Lucro Real) Required systems and tools:** Proficiency in accounting systems **Intermediate Excel** Word Desired behavioral competencies: * Proactivity **Organization** Attention to detail **Commitment to deadlines** Compensation: R$1\.900,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
