We are looking for a Finance Manager with strong expertise in Controllership and Tax, capable of structuring processes, developing KPIs, ensuring compliance, and transforming the finance function into a strategic intelligence center within our association. Here, you will have full autonomy to lead, modernize, and elevate performance—directly contributing to the sustainable growth of the institution. **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage cash flow, treasury, accounts payable and receivable with strategic oversight. Ensure accurate financial forecasting, anticipating risks and opportunities. Prepare and analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, management reports). Structure and enhance financial processes for greater efficiency and control. Implement and manage the annual budget (Budget) and conduct monthly budgetary control. Calculate costs, analyze variances, and propose strategic adjustments. Create, implement, and monitor financial and operational KPIs. Build a data- and indicator-based financial governance framework. Develop dashboards, management reports, and feasibility analyses (payback, ROI, margins). Ensure fiscal and regulatory compliance across all operations. Monitor and review tax routines in coordination with external accounting firms. Proactively mitigate fiscal, tax, and operational risks. Track legislation, regulations, and industry best practices in vehicle protection services. Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture. Interact with banks, accountants, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Provide direct strategic and reliable information support to the executive board. Structure financial restructuring initiatives, cost reduction programs, and resource optimization projects. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Minimum of **3 years of experience in financial management**. Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial ERPs, and BI tools. Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, accountability, and structured decision-making ability. Experience in financial operations and solid knowledge of controllership and tax.
