We are seeking a Financial Manager with strong expertise in Controller and Tax functions, capable of structuring processes, developing KPIs, ensuring compliance, and transforming the finance department into a strategic intelligence center within our association. Here, you will have full autonomy to lead, modernize, and elevate performance standards—directly contributing to the institution’s sustainable growth. **Responsibilities and Duties** Manage cash flow, treasury, accounts payable, and accounts receivable with a strategic perspective. Ensure accurate financial forecasting, proactively identifying risks and opportunities. Prepare and analyze financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, Management Reports). Structure and enhance financial processes for greater efficiency and control. Implement and oversee the annual budget (Budget) and conduct monthly budgetary control. Calculate costs, analyze variances, and propose strategic adjustments. Develop, implement, and monitor financial and operational KPIs. Build a data- and indicator-driven financial governance framework. Design dashboards, management reports, and feasibility analyses (payback, ROI, margins). Ensure fiscal and regulatory compliance across all operations. Monitor and review tax routines in coordination with external accounting firms. Proactively mitigate fiscal, tax, and operational risks. Track legislation, regulations, and industry best practices in vehicle protection services. Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture. Interact with banks, accountants, auditors, and regulatory bodies. Provide direct strategic and reliable information support to senior management. Structure financial restructuring projects, cost reduction initiatives, and resource optimization efforts. **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. Minimum of **3 years of experience in financial management**. Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial ERP systems, and BI tools. Strong analytical mindset, organizational skills, accountability, and structured decision-making ability. Experience in financial operations and solid knowledge of controller and tax functions.
