Cost and debt analysis and optimization Lead the company's financial restructuring, ensuring cash flow balance, operational sustainability, and profitability. Implement solid financial policies and controls to ensure transparency of information, cost reduction, and strategic support for senior management decision-making. Review and, if necessary, restructure financial processes (accounts payable, accounts receivable, treasury, controller, and accounting), implementing effective and integrated routines. Manage daily and projected cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial predictability. Analyze and renegotiate debts, contracts, and expenses to optimize costs and improve resource allocation. Develop and monitor the corporate budget, expense targets, and financial performance indicators. Implement financial governance and compliance policies, ensuring adherence to tax and accounting regulations. Support the executive board in defining restructuring and sustainable growth strategies. Manage the finance team, promoting technical and behavioral development aligned with a results-oriented culture. Monitor internal and external audits to ensure data integrity and reliability of financial statements. Identify improvement opportunities, propose action plans, and track their execution. Develop managerial and financial reports, providing strategic information for operational and investment decisions. Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Postgraduate degree in Finance, Controller, or Business Management is desirable. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience with the Alterdata system. Proven experience in cash flow management, budgeting, and controller functions. Experience in companies undergoing restructuring or financial turnaround. Experience in bank negotiations and debt management. Implementation of internal controls and financial policies.
