Job Summary: We are seeking a School Director to plan, coordinate, and supervise pedagogical and administrative activities, lead teams, and ensure teaching quality. Key Highlights: 1. Only education transforms! **As a School Director, your challenges will include:** * Planning, coordinating, and supervising the school’s pedagogical and administrative activities; * Leading, managing, and guiding the pedagogical and administrative team to achieve results and foster professional development; * Ensuring curriculum implementation and compliance with educational regulations, in coordination with the Educational Center in Osasco/SP; * Monitoring students’ academic performance and implementing improvement initiatives; * Managing the institution’s financial, material, and human resources; * Maintaining continuous communication with the Educational Center’s corporate and educational departments, as well as with the school community, parents, and guardians; * Developing projects and initiatives that promote teaching quality and student engagement; * Representing the school at meetings, events, and educational bodies. **Working Hours:** * Your weekly workload will be 44 hours, including a 2-hour meal break. **Essential Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Pedagogy and/or Teaching, with specialization in school management; * Experience in school leadership or pedagogical coordination. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of Basic Education teaching methodologies; * Teaching experience in Basic Education; * Specialization, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Education-related fields. **And here’s what we offer — great benefits:** *(Benefits may vary depending on region and working hours)* **The selection process stages are conducted on our platform.
