Team management support and reduction of owner dependency A growing nautical-sector company seeks an Administrative and Operational Manager to structure processes, implement financial and inventory controls, organize routines, and support management professionalization. We seek a hands-on professional with practical experience in service companies or workshops, capable of transforming an intense operational environment into an organized, predictable, and profitable operation. Key Responsibilities * Organize and control finance: o Daily cash flow o Accounts payable and receivable o Simple management reports (revenue, costs, and margin) * Implement and maintain inventory control: o Parts inbound and outbound o Minimum stock level .o Loss and deviation control * Structure operational processes: o Service orders .o Time tracking .o Budget approval .o Vessel inbound and outbound * Standardize administrative and operational routines * Support team management, role organization, and results accountability * Reduce the owner's direct dependency on daily activities ________________________________________________________________ Mandatory Requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative/operational management * Experience in service companies, maintenance providers, workshops, or manufacturing * Proficiency in: o Cash flow management .o Physical inventory control .o Operational processes * Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel or similar) * Organized, practical, and execution-oriented profile Job Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$2.054,92 - R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Transportation allowance
